By submitting this form and the $10 table fee, I agree to:

  • Arrive and be fully set up by 3:45 PM on the day of the event.
  • Handle all my own sales and transactions.
  • Artists are required to collect and pay sales tax on all sales.
  • Remain set up for the duration of the market (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM).
  • Follow any additional guidelines provided by the Emporia Arts Council.
