• Arrive and be fully set up by 10:45 PM on the day of the event.
• Handle all my own sales and transactions.
• Artists are required to collect and pay sales tax on all sales.
• Remain set up for the duration of the market (11:00 - 2:00 PM).
• Follow any additional guidelines provided by the Emporia Arts Council.
