Ticketing Policies –
- Children – Ages 2 and under do not require a ticket, however if they will occupy a seat, they must have a ticket.
- Youth – Ages 3 -17 are eligible for reduced price YOUTH tickets. Ages 18 and over must purchase an ADULT ticket. < For the Performing Arts Series*
Refund Policies –
- All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed. You will automatically be notified if this occurs as long as you provide a valid email address when purchasing tickets.
- Refunds are not offered if the performers change support or reschedule a new date.

3rd Party Shows –
- The Emporia Arts Council is not responsible for ticketing, refunds, or exchanges for third-party events unless otherwise specified. All questions or concerns regarding third-party ticket purchases should be directed to the event organizer or ticketing provider.
- The Emporia Arts Council will clearly identify events that are produced or presented by the organization. Events not identified as Emporia Arts Council productions are considered third-party events and are managed by the respective event organizers.
