Viewing Emporia: Then and Now Artist Reception wil

Viewing Emporia: Then and Now Artist Reception will be held on January 14th from 5:00 - 6:00 pm instead of January 10th in the Trusler Gallery at EAC. The show is scheduled to open tomorrow afternoon and will be on display till February 1st.

Step back in time and experience the evolution of Emporia through this captivating display of history. The exhibit features historical images from the Lyon County History Center alongside photographs taken by members of The Emporia Camera Club, offering a unique comparison of Emporia’s past and present.

Some familiar places have endured through the years, while others are now only memories, preserved in stories and images. Join us in celebrating Emporia’s rich history as we look forward to the future at the start of this New Year. Emporia always has a story to share.
