Getting Started with Vivenu
To access your benefits, you’ll first need to register for a Vivenu account using the email you provided on your membership or business partnership form. This is the email we’ve linked your benefits to.

Once you’ve registered and verified your email, you can begin redeeming your benefits right away. Scroll down to view the instructional videos.

Important Notes:
Entertainment Series tickets are required for entry.
Members and Business Partners receive 20% off a limited number of tickets per show.
We are unable to hold seats for Entertainment Series performances—redeem early for the best availability!
Please note: Physical tickets will no longer be issued. However, if you prefer not to navigate the system yourself, we’re happy to assist you with reserving seats and purchasing tickets for the Entertainment Series in person at the Emporia Arts Center. All seating is first come, first served.
How to Redeem Your Complimentary Tickets
- Go to emporiaksarts.org and click the Concert Tab.
- Scroll to the performance you want to see and click Get Tickets.
- Sign in at the top right using the email address we have on file.
- Not sure which email you used? Contact us at 620-343-6473, stop by the Arts Center, or email Amy (agonzales@emporiaksarts.org)
- Select the correct shop option:
- Ex. Gershwin Member (for complimentary tickets)
- Ex. Gershwin Additional % (for discounted tickets)
- Ex. Stravinsky Business (for complimentary tickets)
- Choose your tickets (Adult or Youth).
- Click Add Promo Code/Voucher and enter your EAC Member/Business Partner code.
- Misplaced your code? Contact us (same as above).
- Proceed through checkout, fill in your information, and complete your order.
- Download tickets to your phone or digital wallet.
- Your tickets will arrive in an email from Vivenu.
